This company has great customer service! I had ordered some turbines according to the website. One turbine was ordered incorrectly. I called and not only did they respond immediately but they rectified the problem just as quick by sending me the correct turbine. And as the turbines, I’ve had them for about 2 weeks now AND they work like a brand new hand piece. I have NSK hand pieces, the turbines and very easy to replace!!! DYI and save hundreds of dollars.
